How to review a dealership

Here at CarGurus we believe in transparency and strive to provide the most accurate dealer and vehicle information we can to our shoppers. As such, in order to review a dealership, users must first submit a phone or email lead to a dealer directly through the CarGurus site. 

A lead can be submitted either by using the listing contact form or by clicking on the on-page dealer phone number. 

If you contacted the dealer through CarGurus you will receive an email within 7 days of contacting the dealer asking you to rate your experience with the dealership. Please follow the link in this email to write your about your experience with the dealer; you will be prompted to verify your email address or phone number! Users with a CarGurus account will also be notified directly on the site in the notifications center.
